- Reach out to our customer support team via email within 30 days of delivery. Let us know that you’d like to return the item.
Return Shipping:
- While we gladly accept returns, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You’ll need to cover the postage fees to send the product back to us.
Full Refund:
- Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we’ll process a full refund of your payment. This includes the product cost but does not cover the initial shipping fees.
- Conditions:
- To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned within 30 days, unwashed, and in its original packaging. We appreciate your understanding.

Our products are designed to fit Super King, King & Queen sizes. However, refer to the dimensions to see if we are the right fit for your mattress and bed base.
